Hi folks;
I'm Jay. I'm honored to be here. This is a passionate issue for me and I'm glad I can be a part of it - if only to offer a few thoughts and ideas here and there.
My two specialties are infotech/network/internet security, and outreach and research of online culture and communities.
Great meeting you all!

Hi. I'm Ben. I'm in Illinois. I'm a relative political newbie. The Obama campaign was my first involvement in politics, and I did some Organize for America stuff in 2009 before that completely fizzled out. Since then I've e-joined a couple of organizations dedicated to the issue of corporate personhood and campaign finance, but haven't had the free days I need to get directly involved (I work nights and weekends, when most meetings happen).
I'm really excited to be involved.

Hey, I'm Jacqueline in Minnesota. My employer is a Bachmann supporter and likes to "encourage" us to be. So, I phone interviewed with another company last week and was asked if I was ever arrested or convicted of a misdemeanor for public disobedience or disturbance. Lawwd help me. I'm surrounded. Money is powerful. I try to remember this everyday when I spend mine. It's getting harder to find independent business owners, yet I eventually take away a sense of pride with my little purchase and receipt. We do fund the corporations by spending our money with them. Would you like to see genuine customer appreciation? Let the local shop owner know you sought them out. Priceless; a genuine smile and warm fuzzy feeling you'll never experience with the corporate giants. Maybe I only spend $200 a week, but it will at least have a longer stimulating trip to Wall St. We vote everyday with our money. Ask yourself 'who did I vote for with this last paycheck? How quickly did it go from my wallet to Wall St?" Many answers to questions can be found in the mirror. Thank you for the forum.

Hi everyone, I'm Nick from Washington State. I'm a computer science student and I hope to help as much as I can with technology. I've got some ideas percolating about how to build the movement and I'll post soon.

Hi, I'm Teri Pettit from San Jose. I'm a software dev for Adobe. I've been active online since the mid-1970's (the Arpanet days), but I'm getting a bit burned out on spending so much of my time with techy stuff. I'm very good at mediating and restoring a forward momentum to conversations when people start talking past each other or in circles, so that's probably what I'll end up doing here mostly. But I just joined this forum today, and want to read all the existing discussions before I start contributing, so that I won't just be saying what's already been said. Found out about WolfPAC today from a share on Facebook, but I've been a member of MoveToAmend for over a year. They don't have a discussion forum, though. What's encouraging about here is seeing the activity to actually work through the wording, the legal arguments, etc. It would be nice if there were more of these "hellos". tpettit.best.vwh.net/

Hello, I'm Lam Nguyen and I'm from the state of North Dakota which has the lowest unemployment rate in the country and a socialized bank, both of which I am very proud of. I'm currently studying at North Dakota State University and will be majoring in Statistics.
Like many people here, I too am passionate about the issue we are trying to address and really look forward to helping build up the movement any way I can.

Hi everyone, I'm Spencer Williams from South Carolina. I am a professional podcast producer and host, and I plan on working on an informational show about what's going on in all 50 states as we proceed. I'd like to shift my efforts to work on this full time, and I'll be moving in that direction over the next few months. Expect to see a lot of me around here!
Nice to meet you all, and let's get this done!
