Republican Senator Wants to Tax the Rich

Cracks in Republican party are starting to show. Susan Collins, who's a Republican from Maine, has suggested that we tax millionaires and billionaires to fund a payroll tax cut for employers, the true job creators. Dudes, I think we're starting to see some sense from the Republicans.
