I just want everyone to be aware that double posting within 24 hours has been disabled. That means if you've posted something in a thread and no one has replied yet, you will not be able to post again until after someone has replied or until 24 hours have passed.
Sorry for the hassle, I just don't want entire pages filled with the same person. If you wanted to add more info, you can just click "Modify" on your post and add whatever you need to add.

What is the chance that people who have read our writings will return to catch any modifications we make?

Rusty, I think he's doing this as an anti-spam measure more or less. There are many situations where people will post multiple times in a row on the same thread because they're angry, or they want to make a dramatic point, etc. A lot of forums have this rule implemented. I don't think he's talking about modifications to one's own post.

That's why I'd encourage people to address all those they want to address the first time around. If you want, I've allowed people to double post after 24 hours so you can use that or something. And yeah, it's mostly a guard against spam.
